Although spring has sprung in North Carolina, it hasn’t in Ireland. Especially Northern Ireland: my destination for the next week. I must admit, it hurt to see a whole week of rain and a high of 51 following a nice 80-degree, sun-filled day at a vineyard today. While the 50’s aren’t too bad, it’s not great, either. To start packing, I had to lug my sweater bin down from storage (yes, I switched seasons the first chance I got). I threw a few articles of clothing in and a few shoes and before I knew it, my carry-on suitcase WAS PACKED. Warmer clothes are just so bulky! Luckily, I can check my bag at no additional charge. And that’s what I’ll do! Usually, I just bring a carry-on. I’m always worried my luggage won’t make it on my plane. Although I’d love to shop, I’m really not looking for an excuse to buy a new wardrobe (hello- I have to pay tuition soon)! Fingers crossed everything makes it! Below I planned out my outfits for each day of travel! What do you like to pack for 50-degree weather??
Day 1: jacket, top, leggings, watch, sneaker, tie, bag
Day 2: raincoat, top, scarf, jean, necklace, mule
Day 3: jacket, sweater, jean, necklace, camera, mule
Day 4: top, sunglasses, jean, cap-toe heel, dress, nude heel
Day 5: jacket, jean, short-sleeve sweater, mule
